My mum was recommended this for she wanted to female driver, though she was told these were usually used for driver kids to school/etc, the driver assume that there where only two people going on this trip based on the profile. We were able to make space, but is there a way to message the driver if they will be picking up more than one person. There probably was but, kinda felt rush to book one cause we were booking to get to the airport.
I can't always enter the address of my destination so I can't book. It worked the first time I used the app but hasn't worked since.... The prices are also double Uber prices, which is ridiculous honestly. AND sometimes I can't even get a ride because 'there are no available drivers,' so I end up getting an Uber instead. It's conceptionally great, the service and drivers are lovely. It's just overpriced and the app doesn't work. So it's really disappointing that it's not very user friendly.
Ridiculous fees added, hardly ever any drivers anymore.
I can never get a ride with this app at all and its really frustrating.
Was great in theory until you go to book a car seat and find they are $11 per seat to use! This is a ridiculously high charge considering the whole appeal of Sheba is towards woman and woman with children. It's a complete money grab. I'd understand a small surcharge but $11 per seat is ridiculous.

Update: Password Update Works. Quick customer service response to address the issue. Thank you. The application does have it's moments and bugs but has worked quite well with updates.
Love the service and concept. I can't book through the app. It keeps saying wait then timing out. Have tried 4 times with no luck. Too bad the app is letting the service down.
Endless bugs. Can't even open the app now.
Non-existent service Western Brisbane "try again in a few minutes" turned into hours then just got a bus. Save the hassle and use reliable services or operators that actually have higher numbers of drivers.
